Exchange & Replacement Policy
At Beauty Botanic, we strive to ensure that every product meets our quality standards. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, we offer an exchange or replacement under the following conditions:
- Products can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery in case of damage, defect, or incorrect item received.
 - Used or opened products cannot be exchanged or replaced due to hygiene reasons.
 - The original receipt or order confirmation email must be provided with the exchange request.
 - The product must be in its original, unopened packaging.
 - If the correct order was delivered, the customer will be responsible for the delivery charges for the exchange.
 - Products purchased online can only be exchanged online through our official website.
 - All exchange requests are subject to evaluation by our Quality Assurance (QA) team before approval.
 - The processing time for approved exchanges is 5–7 business days.
 - In case a replacement item is out of stock, customers can either wait for restocking or choose to receive store credit of equal value.
 - We reserve the right to decline any exchange or replacement request if the stated conditions are not met.
 - Any claims regarding damaged or incorrect products must be reported within 3 days of receiving the order.
